Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReshareAI ("the Service"), operated by ReshareAI.com, a registered eenmanszaak in the Netherlands (KvK: 90340620) ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you ("the User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReshareAI is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that transforms text or URLs into platform-optimized social media posts for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Email Newsletter format. The Service is provided via the website at reshareai.com.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

ReshareAI offers the following plans:

  • Free plan: 5 content repurposing sessions per month, limited to 3 output platforms per session. No payment required.
  • Pro plan: Unlimited sessions, all 6 output platforms, premium AI model, and brand voice customization. Priced at €12.00/month or €108.00/year (incl. VAT where applicable).

Prices are displayed in euros (€). VAT may apply depending on your country of residence in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason (herroepingsrecht).

However, by starting to use the Pro subscription immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise the right of withdrawal where applicable, contact us at hello@reshareai.com before you have started using the Pro features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, or abuse the API.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use automated tools to submit large volumes of content in violation of fair use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (i.e. generating the AI outputs you requested).

The AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your own use. We make no claim of ownership over outputs generated from your content.

The ReshareAI brand, logo, website design, and underlying platform are our exclusive property.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable for your purposes, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before publishing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep ReshareAI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to third-party services (OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel). We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we discontinue the Service, active Pro subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

For consumers in the EU, you may also submit disputes via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
